The winner of this game was Hammerfest (Lothlorien, Robert Gifford and Khazad'ur)

"European Empire VII has come to an end. After several weeks of play the obvious became only more so. Hammerfest (co-ruled by 3 players, Todd McDonald, Robert Gifford, and Sam Tetherow) were getting too big for even a co-ordinated attack from the other top players. It didn't hurt that some of their fronts were protected by allies too (Moscow and Norway). In general it seems like the players enjoyed the faster tech pace, low tech planes, and the general blood spilling.
