CCCP is a co-ruled style country, played by three people. They are Tero Paananen, Sasha Mikheev and Roman M. Parparov. One of the largest complaints (and thus compliments) is that you can never attack CCCP when it is unattended, since it's never unattended. Virtually 24 hour coverage is one of the strongest points of this country.
