[##:##] Command : turn <on|off|motd>
turn off turns the game off: mortal players can't log in, and mortals already logged will be booted at the next command prompt. The command lets you enter a message to the players explaining the downtime. Updates are not disabled.
turn on reverts the effect of turn off.
turn motd lets you enter a new login message, also known as motto of the day.
